What are your lease lengths? What kind of floor plans does City's End offer for lease? What is your pet policy?
City's End would love to have your pets at our Indianapolis apartment community! We have no restrictions on breed or size for dogs, though we have a 2-pet maximum with a non-refundable fee as well as a monthly fee for pet-owning Residents.
Can Residents pay their rent online? Can current Residents break their lease?
Yes. There is a charge of $4,500 to break a lease at any time, which will be lowered to $3,000 if you’re able to give a 60 day notice.
Do you require a credit check?
Yes, City's End and all other J.C. Hart apartment communities necessitate a credit check to be performed during the application process.
Do you charge a fee to apply?
Yes. A fee of $250 per apartment is required which is used to cover the application, background screening, and processing charges related to a new rental.
Are there discounts available for students, elderly Residents, or military members?
J.C. Hart is happy to be an Equal Housing Opportunity Provider, but at this time we do not offer those discounts.
Does City's End offer income-based housing?

Can I pay my entire lease upfront before I move in?
No, City's End does not allow our Residents to prepay their full lease. Rent is to be paid monthly, on the first of each month.
Is a security deposit required?
A security deposit is required before move-in. The amount will be based on the review of your application screening.
