Yes. There is a charge of $4,500 to break a lease at any time, which will be lowered to $3,000 if you’re able to give a 60 day notice.
Yes, City's End and all other J.C. Hart apartment communities necessitate a credit check to be performed during the application process.
Yes. A fee of $250 per apartment is required which is used to cover the application, background screening, and processing charges related to a new rental.
